If you continue to browse and use this website, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy govern Cherry Tree Gifts relationship with you in relation to this website. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use our website.
The term ‘Cherry Tree Gifts’ or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owner of the website whose registered office is 73 King Street, Knutsford, Cheshire WA16 6DX. The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of our website.
Ordering
Simply click 'Add To Basket' to add items to your basket as you are shopping. You can view the contents of your basket at any time by clicking the 'My Basket' button in the top right of each page. Once you are happy with your items simply click 'Checkout' and follow the on screen instructions which will take you to our secure payment page.
Prices
All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication and are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and where appropriate are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate.
Delivery
Once payment has been received your order will be dispatched within 72 hours by standard First Class post. We charge a flat rate fee of £5.00 for destinations within the UK (excluding Channel Islands) for most items if there are any extra charges for heavier items we will advise you of the additional costs before posting them. For Channel Islands and overseas destinations, delivery is charged at an extra cost so please contact us prior to ordering. Where goods are temporarily out of stock, we will contact you so you may choose a refund on the item, have it delivered when it is back in stock or select an alternative product.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order (once accepted by us), for any reason, up until the point of dispatch. If you do cancel the contract within this time any payments made by you will be refunded within 30 days, you may be charged for the transaction of 50p.
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchases we will happily exchange any unused items with your receipt within 21 days. Goods must be returned in the same condition they were sold, including all original packaging. The return of goods is our customer’s responsibility and postage will be refunded at the discretion of Cherry Tree. If for any reason your goods have been damaged in transit, we will either refund your goods or replace it, if the item is in stock, once the original goods have been returned to us.
Product Descriptions
We take care to ensure the items descriptions and specifications are correct, however whilst the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in the colour caused by the browser software or the computer system you use.
